Lovely stay near the castles
warm wateramazing breakfast
The location is very good. The breakfast was amazing, it had a great variety. I appreciate the nice dining room too. The pool was perfect with warm water, towels and tea was offered. The hotel location is very close to Neuschwanstein.

The breakfast offered a great variety of food. The dining room creates a pleasant environment. You can find excellent matured cheeses, sausages, and omelets cooked to order in sight, this is quite satisfying.

The room included bathrobes and slippers. The terrace offered beautiful views of the lake, that was amazing. The Jagerhouse rooms are classic. Many windows are available that offer fine views of both castles and the wooded area.

The swimming pool had warm water and offered tea and towels, i found it perfect. The hotel provides easy access to the castle, it is located next to the entrance. The location has beautiful views of the Alpsee lake and is very close to the castle.

The staff is attentive. The staff seems kind and professional. Stefani provided a great massage at the spa. The staff provides bathrobes and slippers already in the room. They are very helpful and always provide support.

The location proved convenient enough for accessing local attractions.
The room I booked, a Double Room Jägerhaus, fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard. It felt quite warm with poor ventilation I had a noisy fan near the bed. Also the bathroom lacked space for toiletries, I had to put everything on the floor.
